OUR NEW AUSTRALIA HQ
We're super excited to let our community know that we're taking flight with our first move outside of London to expand our horizon and bring Hot Futures to Australia.We've been diligently working over the past few months to establish Hot Futures base in the creative, dynamic and energetic heart of Melbourne. This new base will work closely with our London team to deliver the same brand values and customer experience to our Australian customers that you've come to expect from us in the UK.
As a local to global brand we have been lucky to meet people from around the world within our stores in London. This time it's our turn to buy the ticket, fasten our seatbelts and take a leap into a new time-zone to seek out new people, connection and creativity.
This new chapter promises to energise and push us forward further in our mission to design eyewear to frame our community's creative experience, wherever they might be.

THE HOT FUTURES EXPERIENCE
Setting up an Australian HQ in Melbourne means we can bring our Australian customers the same community, service focussed experience which we put at the fore-front of how we do things at Hot Futures.
If you're in Australia, you'll know be able to:
- Speak directly to our Aus team if you have any customer/product queries or anything Hot Futures
- Receive your order shipped directly from Aus HQ (much faster and no import taxes)
- Easily return/exchange frames within Aus
- Benefit from free adjustments and repairs within Aus under your 2 year warranty
- Meet us in person at our Pop-up (and we have plans for a physical retail store in the future)

To celebrate our arrival in Melbourne we've got exciting plans including a Launch Party and Pop-up Shop in December.
